It’s about 8 o’clock on a Friday night. And here I sit alone. As I’m sipping on my Tazoberry tea I feel the soft wind say its okay.

And I don’t want to be silly,
But I just don’t know
What I want anymore.

Chorus: I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted caring
And all I ever wanted was you
But times have changed and I have too
I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted you.

Verse 2: I sit and watch the people passing by. Seeing the has bin’s the will bes’ and the sort-of-could bes’. But hiding on the outside, are the we’re happy together.

And I don’t want to be silly,
But I just don’t know
What I want anymore.

Chorus: I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted caring
And all I ever wanted was you
But times have changed and I have too
I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted you.

Bridge: Now as I watch them pass. My heart yearns for that. That feeling of need, that feeling of warmth, that feeling of love.

And I don’t want to be silly,
But I just don’t know
What I want anymore.

Chorus: I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted caring
And all I ever wanted was you
But times have changed and I have too
I thought I wanted love
I thought I wanted you.
